This past week news broke that a mother daughter duo from Florida were reported as being missing. An elderly relative called the police last Wednesday after Alexis and Angela olley failed to return home after leaving early in the day. A lot of rumours and speculation is going around about this case right now. However, Desiree Cook (Alexis’ sister) has been very vocal about setting the facts straight online. From comments from police and family members we can say for certain that the woman left early in the morning around 6am and then never returned. Both their car as well as their two dogs are also missing and no sign of anything appears to be found yet. Both cell phones were also found at the home which is startling since typically people bring their phones with them most places. I will keep an eye out for any further updates on their case. I tend to think that this is likely either a voluntary disappearance or they had an accident and just have not been found yet.

Manson follower Leslie Van Houten loses latest attempt at parole ...

Meanwhile, Chad and Lori Daybell are not the only ones who are making headlines this month. Mansion Family member Leslie Van Houten is up for parole once again, after five decades behind bars. Naturally, a lot of people have really strong feelings about this and it has become a point of contention for many in the true crime community. This is also not the first time that Van Houten has been up for parole, she has been denied several times before. A lot of people believe that at 70 years old Leslie has been reformed and that she could no longer pose a threat to society, but does that mean she doesnt till belong in prison? Many argue that prison is for rehabilitation and that in america we overuse life in prison as a punishment, believing that reintegration back into society should always be the goal whenever possible. In my opinion, i think some things are so bad that you cannot really come back from them and just live a normal life, which makes us question whether Leslie would even know how to function in normal society after living most of her life in the prison system. What do you guys think about this? do you think that after five decades in prison it’s finally Van Houten’ time to be release, or do you think that she needs to stay put where she is? I think that the things that Van Houten participated in simply cannot be erased by being a model prisoner for a few decades….

Find Suzanne Morphew - Posts | Facebook

Last but certainly not least, i want to talk about the ongoing missing person case of Suzanne Morphew. Suzanne was reported missing by her neighbor after she left her home for a bike ride on mothers day and didn’t return, she has never been seen again. At this point it looks like the police strongly suspect foul play of some kind took place. Very little information has come out about Suzanne’ case or if any progress has been made. However, this past week, a work site where Suzanne’ husband Barry worked was rumored to have been searched by the police. A neighbor who lives close by said that she could hear equipment being used throughout the day. Barry has remained quiet throughout this entire investigation since he made his first public comments many months ago. A lot of oddness surrounds this case and we still have no idea where suzanne Morphew could be. Is Barry guilty? Why were her family members not with her on mother’s day? Let me know what you guys think below!

That’s all for now, see you all soon!
